We recently received a quote request from a local property manager. They were looking for asphalt repair in Houston, Texas. They explained to us that their parking lot surface was beginning to show numerous signs of wear. The property manager managed a large residence with a parking lot. One of the most prominent issues was a large pothole that had formed. The pothole formed in two of the resident’s parking spaces. As there was limited parking in the area, he explained the urgency of the asphalt repair. Therefore, we assured him that he had contacted the best paving contractor.

We sent a member of our crew to the job site in order to examine the asphalt surface. Our team wanted to thoroughly evaluate the parking lot in order to provide the best quote possible. After examining the asphalt surface, we provided the property manager with an in depth quote. He was quite happy with the cost and schedule associated with the pothole patching. We agreed to begin the asphalt repair later in that week.

Our crew was able to patch the pothole in s timely manner, restoring it to full functionality. We also offered to provide the property manager with sealcoating and striping to revitalize the look of his parking lot. As a result, he told us that he was very happy with our work but did not have the budget for further asphalt paving work. The property manager told us that he would contact us when he needed further asphalt repair and asphalt maintenance.
